Ajlan & Bros acquires an SR800m plot East of Riyadh

Ajlan & Bros Group announced a major real estate deal in the city of Riyadh, through its acquisition of a real estate plan that includes nine large plots in Eastern Riyadh, on the Riyadh-Dammam Highway, and is located on an area of more than two million square meters, with a total value of 800 million riyals.

The Group indicated that this new plan would include nearly four thousand housing units, and work will be done to develop it according to the highest modern standards, by preparing the water and sewage network, electricity, and communications according to the best modern specifications.

Ajlan & Bros added that it will work on paving and afforestation of the main streets and implementing public parks, while ensuring that all services and facilities are in accordance with the requirements of life in our time, and at the same time, taking into account, the provision of environmental needs, while paying attention to the recreational and health aspects in this modern plan.
